And you certainly have a gift for writing science fiction.
I hope you write often and are getting published and paid for it.

As for the Mars Jump project, he describes the jump room something similiar to a time tunnel, and that he went through it first holding hands with his father. Will look that up for you.

His dad was connected too; says it was a CIA project.
Now this guy could be totally nuts (Lord knows I've met one or two with a TS clearance that are certifiable)but we both know that technology is waay far in advance of what we KNOW.

Andrew goes so far as to say that Obama was in the Mars Jump Program too. I know this sounds far out, and I'm sure people are already sneering at me just SAYING that; but let's play with it awhile, and see where this goes. I love gathering information.

The Disclosure Project is about to pick up speed. We'll see where THAT will take us.

No, I didn't jump off that building in LA. That might lead to a ker-splat rather than an underground Martian base.

The clip is entertaining and I like the way they jump step to step from point A to point Z.

There may be more to Mars than people know, but I don't think we have been teleporting people to Mars. There are so many tiny flaws (and big ones) in their assumptions that it would take a few pages to address them all.

Seeing Hoagland relate his color shifting tale was a trip down memory lane and worth the watching though. It's true, they did adjust the monitors to preconceived notions of what Mars was supposed to look like. However, a blue sky doesn't mean the air is breathable - all it means is that the sunlight is refracting off moisture or reflective constituents of the atmosphere differently. It's all about the angles of light. At sunset our skies look orange, violet and red here in the desert.

When the sun sets or rises it passes through more atmosphere and refracts at a lower angle of incidence, often creating pink or orange hues. When the sun is high in the sky it passes through and we see blue instead of these other hues.

It's easy to go to Mars.

I'm on Mars right now. ;)

I'm standing and looking out over vast barren terrain. I scoop up some of the regolith in my hand and it feels like moist beach sand, clumped together but starting dry out. The sky is very light blue almost white and the sun sits in a late afternoon position in the distance over a horizon that is slightly hilly. The winds are whipping around me now and I feel the sand try to etch my skin. I take a deep breath and the air is very thin, if I were here with my physical body I would pass out from a lack of oxygen. But because I am here in an energy body, I can remain conscious. The air tastes dirty and has a metallic taste. The radiation is strong here too. It's much stronger than Arizona, it singes the skin everywhere. You can even feel the radiation inside one's skull here. If my body were really here it would need a very good space suit to protect it.

As I turn around I see behind me a vast cavern. I slide down one of the cliff faces that edge these ribbed "tubes" we see etched into the soil in photographs. I look at them closely and examine the ridges which from this level now look like sand dunes created by bulldozers.

I wave my hand and instantly a device for measuring chemical composition in the air appears. And with another wave I manifest a device that is a seismic sensor. I feel a strange vibration in this place. The air is almost pure carbon dioxide here and I would absolutely suffocate in my real body. The seismic device picks up a 2.5 Richter disturbance here. It's mechanical and rhythmic - like the pumping of great machinery.

Someone taps my shoulder. I am startled and turn around to see a Martian female.

"Welcome to Mars, SDAI. Long time no see!"

Her eyes are large and black as midnight. She has golden hued skin and black, straight as a ruler, hair.

"You are standing here in one of our atmosphere evacuation areas. We disperse a measure of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere so that the sunlight breaks it down into carbon and oxygen. As you know, we hope to have our atmosphere entirely reconstituted within a thousand years time and make it suitable again for life."

She turns and looks at you.

"Hi Lindy. The individual you know as SDAI here, lived among us four thousand years ago in our extensive underground cities. He visits us occasionally with an energy body. I am actually related to him, about twenty generations removed. 16,000 years ago our planet was impacted by a passing asteroid and tore away our atmosphere. Our scientists were able to warn us approximately twenty years before the event and we built a underground base on the side of the planet opposed to the side that would be impacted. The planet's vegetation died instantly and the radiation was so intense it was like cooking the planet under a large magnifying glass. The oceans evaporated and were carried off into space as ice crystals.

We survived with enormous greenhouses that are the source of our oxygen. We can sustain a population of about 1.2 million, which is a rather small amount by Earth standards. However, some on Earth are our descendants as well. We sent ships to evacuate our doomed planet 16,000 years ago and these refugees now comprise your most populous nation. They crash landed in an area your world calls Mongolia - oh, I see SDAI must go now. Well, it was nice meeting you Lindy. Keep looking for truth, but beware that each truth is usually shrouded in many falsehoods, like a rose amongst its thorns."
