		<description>It&#039;s globalization.  As long as the majority of resources could be controlled by a minority of people, these economic systems appeared to work.  

Once the resources started to be shared, there is less for the white minority as capital is diluted throughout the world.  It seems as if the system is breaking down, it&#039;s not.  It is just not being subsidized by poorer countries.

You can blame socialism, communism, and extol capitalism, but none of them will work as they have without being able to exploit the resources of third world countries.  They wake up, and it gets hard.

Imagine a plantation with a Father, Mother, Grandmother, two sons and two daughters living off the produce of 1000 acres and 100 slaves.  The Big House is going to do well.

Now imagine splitting all that profit 107 ways, as the former slaves get their share.  Father, Mother, Grandmother, two sons and two daughters are going to say the system isn&#039;t working.  

And that&#039;s as simple as I can make it for you.</description>
