While in the real world, Conservatives act entirely differently, not caring about deficits as long as the deficit lines their pockets, where they can direct the government to preserve, protect and enrich the already wealthy. And deficits be damned.

Don’t listen to the words, watch the actions.

You will simply not process information that contradicts your worldview. This is what you have in common with Johannes.

After all, you are the one who unloads the political and economic equivalent of the chupacabra and then wonders why he gets sighs, eye-rolls and daffy duck.

And like Johannes, you will not take no for an answer. But at least, he knows when to take a break.
