Some statistics: Here. I don't know where Hispanics come in here. I have seen many government agencies that lump them under "white." More statistics. About 13 percent of the U.S. population is black, and about 16 percent some form of Hispanic. And yes, it's culture and background. Not DNA.

Of course that doesn’t mean that there isn’t part of the population that believes and promotes the idea of racial inequality.

But Black on Black or Hispanic gang violence is real and quantifiable.
