		<description>I think boredom is a function of not being comfortable with oneself.  Unless there is enough outside stimulation, one is left alone in one&#039;s head, and if one does not like themselves they will experience that as boredom.

People with a healthy self-regard are rarely, if ever, bored.  They do not need distractions to divert their attention from self-talk.

Great little diagnostic tool to detect how a person regards themselves.  The greater propensity for boredom, the harsher their internal environment is.</description>
