Worked in DC fairly often and got to visit the places you mention. I suppose you will take in other parts of the Smithsonian as well. It is well worth it. Library of Congress is also worth the effort. The National Mall and Washington Monument is also a good attraction. Take all the tourist attractions out of Washington and it is a dismal place to be. There is not much charm for a city of it's size.

I have only visited NYC once for 3 days. I have never driven in the city but was a passenger with a co-worker and it is horrendous. I have no desire to drive in that burg. I loved the way you could hail a limo and go nearly anywhere for 25 bucks. (That was in the late 90's so it is probably more now.) I had dinner at the Windows on the World restaurant on the 107th floor of the WTC. That's an experience worth remembering that can no longer be duplicated.

NYC is by far the most impressive city, to walk around in, that I have visited. It seems to literally have a living pulse. Probably a great place to live if you are a multi-hundred millionaire

You have to tell the watch what time zone you're in.

My backup is my cell phone, which always knows where it is and what time it is.
