Sounds like they nailed him down pretty good, too, but keep in mind this is still early news.
Figured this wouldn’t take all that long. With countless videos being taken of this specific area, somebody carrying a big pressure cooker full of metal in a backpack is going to look exactly like somebody hauling that kind of load around. From there, it’s just looking for the guy in all the other videos and connecting dots.
