Could someone explain the "enemy combatant" angle to me? April 23, 2013 10:03 am Tony

I have a hard time trying to rationalize the fine upstanding defenders of the Constitution arguing that Tsarnaev should not be read rights.

This is a serious question, not a snark, because I just don’t get it. I can’t square this circle.
