However, I&#039;m told they work hard up there, are constantly busy, simply maintaining the thing.  Except for keeping people in space for a long time it&#039;s useless, worthless, and priceless.  Can&#039;t put a price on it.

On the other hand, I think I was the only one around here to squawk his head off about the John Glenn boondoggle.  One entire shuttle flight, the research being can we keep him alive.
