Businesses left in droves leading to the highest unemployment rate and they are in the top 10 of the highest tax rate so it's pretty hard to justify raising them. There's a lesson in a failed one party rule here which will probably go unnoticed or ignored. Thought Obama wasn't going to let that happen to Detroit.
