Trayvon Martin was just "standing his ground", as was his right under Florida law.

He was minding his own business, unarmed, when he was followed and threatened by an armed stranger who wore no uniform, carried no badge, who never even claimed to have identified himself, and was not authorized, (in fact, was expressly forbidden by authority), to challenge him.

If you were in Martin's shoes wouldn't you have done exactly what he did, or at least, had wished you had the courage to do so? You must think so, or you wouldn't have felt manslaughter was a just verdict.

What Al Sharpton and all those motherfucking PC types said or did or thought is totally irrelevant. Martin was already dead long before they heard what happened. And nothing Martin was or did in his life prior to this incident has any bearing on the case whatsoever. You cannot form a judgement of this incident based solely on your distaste for those you loathe for totally differnt reasons.

Listen, Rob, I have no problem with the verdict. Zimmerman got a fair trial; the prosecution did its best but under the law could not convince a jury, beyond a reasonable doubt, of their version of events. After all, the only witness that knows what actually happened was the accused. The law did what it is supposed to do. If I had been on that jury, I probably would have voted with them, based on the evidence, the arguments presented, and the instructions of the judge.

I can accept that, and I can live with it. But maybe we can prevent future incidents like this from spiraling out of control. But under no circumstances was it Martin's fault. It simply wasn't. He did not go out armed that night with the intention of challenging a perfect stranger. Zimmerman did.

I don't give a shit if Al Sharpton thinks that Trayvon was just an innocent "child" that did nothing wrong--- he caused his own death. He attacked Zimmerman and was beating the fuck him when he was shot.

What the fuck is the matter with these mother fucking PC types? Call it what it was.

Like I said long ago, Zimmerman should have be charged with manslaughter, convicted and sent to prison.

What was he doing in that neighborhood? He didn't live there. They SAY his father lived there--how convenient, he had an excuse to pass himself off as someone who had a right to walk around there after dark, like he owned the place.

They say he "just" went out to buy a snack, but do we really know that? All we really know is he bought a snack while he was out there, prior to going out and getting into mischief. How do we know he wasn't casing the neighborhood, loading up on Skittles so he would have an alibi?

And why did he attack a perfect stranger? We know he attacked Zimmerman because it came out in the trial. The jury believed he was "on top". He obviously was the aggressor, we have the testimony of the victim of the attack himself, a victim of a brutal beating with a deadly weapon, the sidewalk, a man who suffered grievous wounds in this cowardly, unprovoked beating.

And let's not forget he wore a hoodie, the recognized uniform of a black gangsta thug, worn so they can't be identified by the victims of their crimes.

Thank God Mr Zimmerman was armed, as is his constitutional right under the 2nd Amendment, and that he used that weapon in accordance with the Florida SYG Law, and only in defense of his life.

We know of Martin's malicious intent because he bragged to his friends over the phone about the stranger he was targeting, using the most egregious possible racial slur, "crazy-ass Cracker". We know Martin was a violent offender just waiting for his chance to strike. He actually had a photograph of a Glock on his cell phone (or was it his home computer, or whatever?). Anyway, he still had it: the weapon of choice of the black hoodlums who terrorize that neighborhood Mr Zimmerman was so valiantly defending.

Well Mr Zimmerman showed that boy a thing or two, didn't he? And no Liberal Press or Mainstream Media or outside agitators, no matter how much they try to make a mountain out of a molehill just so they can win the next election, is going to make any difference. If you need any proof of that, just watch them all falling into place, spouting the Party Line right on cue, trying to get the blacks all riled up.

Maybe from now on, if they know what's good for them, the Trayvon Martins of Florida will remember their place.
