The cost of this extraordinary project, not to mention the extensive yard work and refitting that will be required to get Concordia ready for sea again, might be a lot more than the replacement value of the ship. Then again, maybe they just have to remove her, one way or the other, even if she is just going to be cut up for scrap. It makes you wonder.
