It ain’t perfect, but we get all the treatment we need without worrying about the cost. Admittedly, I donate 10% of my earnings, but when I need to whine at my GP, or have a triple by-pass, it’s all paid for from the central pot. There are issues, but we have private health too, so everyone pays their 10% but you can choose to pay for private treatment if you want.”

The Americans who would deny medical treatment to it’s poorer citizens are beneath contempt. Those are Conservatives.
