As for Florida, there is no cold weather, no earthquakes, and its nice living in a state where prehistoric reptiles roam at will devouring pets, children and senior citizens.</description>

		<description>Great idea, and it seems as if it would be able to be done with an hour or so of time and simple materials, if one were so inclined.

Or, a person could move somewhere which is above sea level and not subject to hurricanes.  Just saying.  Florida has some attractions, it really does, but the fact that they are periodically underwater and subject to 100 MPH winds does seem to take a bit of the luster from them.</description>
