Donations to PETA would rise (and I'll bet Al Gore has his wallet in that somewhere), land developers have been after rodeo grounds forever as cities grew past them, the cities and counties would LOVE to tax those areas as residential or industrial property rather than parks, the participants stay in RVs or trailers rather than hotels. There is an entire industry attacking rodeos by alleging cruelty. It's just a simple ruse. Follow the money and you'll know exactly who and why rodeos are being subject to this type of propaganda. And old, all-American tradition, honored for 150 years is being trashed in the name of money, and you can bet Al Gore is behind a lot of it. God Bless America!!! Love it or leave it.
