He must have spoken Aramaic, the common tongue of 1st cenury Palestinia. But being a rabbi, he may have also spoken Hebrew. In those days, it was not uncommon for even illiterate people to be fluent in several languages. In that part of the world in those days many common people would have known Koine Greek, the language of trade and the lingua franca of the whole Mediterranean world, it is less likely he would have known Latin, the speech of the Roman conqueror and the language of the courts, law and public administration. When Jesus and Pilate spoke they probably conversed in Greek, since most educated Romans knew at least some of that language. It is unlikely Pilate, would have bothered to learn Aramaic.
