Marriage is a contract designed to keep you in a relationship after it is no longer in your best interests. Or in the case of some, to keep their spouse around when they’d be better off dumping us. Dreadful concept.

I can’t understand why Fundamental Christians are protecting gays from the misery the rest of us have endured. Truly must love them.

(I suspect I’m in a minority on these thoughts. But one of the lines in the Bickersons is:

“John, you don’t know the meaning of the word ‘marriage’!”

“Marriage isn’t a word, it’s a sentence.”
