You're not interested in what I have to say, just in discrediting it so you can sell your product.

To reason with a spammer is not only pointless, it is counter-productive because it legitimizes his partisan propaganda as a viable alternative.

There are only 3 alternatives, depending on the medium:
1)Put him on hold and go make yourself a sandwich.
2) Return his self-addressed envelope with all his material unanswered.
3)Back to the ducks again.

Different measurements, similar conclusions on government power and wealth concentration.

Or are you just randomly juxtaposing any correlations you can locate that will support your thesis?

BTW, just what is your thesis anyway? You never did explain that to Alcaray.

Have you ever even BEEN to DC? Did you even bother to look out the window of your limo?

Most of the people living in the District (as upposed to the prosperous suburbs in VA and MD) are low-income urban blacks, they don't work in the politco/commercial/legal/lobbying complex. And they're not the ones with all that money you're so worked up about.

The only interest the GOP has in DC voters is that they don't get any seats in Congress.

Jesus, you guys are down to stems and seeds. Get some new material.

75 percent of registered voters in DC are Democrats.

A little over 6 percent are Republicans.

Blaming Obama for the flow of the nation's wealth into fewer and fewer hands, or for the fact that DC is full of rich lobbyists, is like blaming him for global warming. He has nothing to do with it. It started long before he got here. And you know it will only get worse after he is gone, especially if he is replaced by a Republican.

You bludgeon us with all these intimidating statistics as if they gave your argument some kind of legitimacy. They don't. All they really do is distract us from the fact you have no case at all. You know perfectly well they would all still be true if John Mcain had been elected in 2008 and again in 2012. In fact, they would probably be worse. If you want my guy to solve a problem your guys created, then stop sabotaging everything he tries to do.

DC is rich because rich corporate lobbyists live there. Got that? Lobbyists, businessmen (and politicians, lawyers and public relations and marketing drones) are not straw men. They are very real villains. And they don't work for me.

Of course, I suppose you'd rather blame it all on the unions, the MSM, Hollywood elitists, lefty kollege perfessers, and the Sierra Club.

Do they live in Washington DC, too?

No one is saying the gap wasn't on a downward trend throughout the years, but they (including the Census) are saying it's the widest gap (historic) meaning it has become worse during Obama's rein.

What's stupid is you don't think Obama has anything to do with it.

As for DC is isn't hard to connect the dots. From a 2010 report:
	"The richest five percent of DC households have an average income of $473,000, the highest among the 50 largest cities in the U.S., according to a new report from the DC Fiscal Policy Institute. Meanwhile, the poorest 20 percent of District households have incomes averaging under $10,000. Income inequality in DC — the gap between rich and poor — is third highest among the nation’s largest cities.
	The average income among the top five percent of DC households, $473,000, is higher than in any major U.S. city. Among the 50 largest cities, the average top income is $292,000."

Can you guess who these top percenters are in DC.

Your ranting straw man arguments don't hold up.

You concede the gap between rich and poor is widening and the middle class is losing ground, and your solution is to cut taxes on the rich and assistance and benefits to everyone else.

I suppose you'd like to see all taxes eliminated except a flat tax on wages, so those whose wealth comes from investments (or can be disguised to look that way) pay no taxes at all.

As for data, TB's map was about the geographical distibution of wealth, not its increasing (and deliberately engineered) demographic unfairness. Obama had nothing to do with either. Its a trend that's been unfolding for decades; a trend smart Conservatives have profited from and have much to do with promoting, and stupid Conservatives are too dense to realize is also happening to them.

You guys are really fucked up, in so many ways. 8)
