Lost my dream-job at WorldCom in ’02. Lost my wife in ’07 (please see the glorious Anita under Jody’s DanS). Lost my father a couple months later. Due to a genetic defect (my mother has since apologized) my heart died in ’12, which meant open heart surgery, a mechanical valve, a pacemaker, a continued existence with pills. Working now at Arrow in a huge warehouse, picking up heavy things and putting them down again. Now I’m here with you guys, and it’s great. Weary.
