About a month ago I made up a recipe for butternut squash by combining several I found on the Net. The main taste/ingredient is Parmesan cheese, and I was afraid I was going to spoil a perfectly good squash. But no hot damn! Tangy cheese taste balanced by slightly sweet squash taste equaled a taste bud surprise like garlic ice cream.

And, I’ll bet, sweet potato and pork is like that. My stomach gets queasy when my head thinks that phrase, but my head knows better.
