Added chopped red bel peppers, mushrooms and sweet onion. It was a bit wetter, but very tasy (that means very good). Might go good on a bed of noodles. It's also amazingly easy to create a wonderful, memorable meal. Due to the warfarin, I can't do the liver with kale or spinach, or any other high vitamin-K vegetable any more. Been there, done that.

I love liver and onions. Haven’t fixed it in years because I have to fix dinner for 8-88 year olds with discerning palettes of low salt, no pork, stews with only up to three identifiable ingredients , no stir fry, no macaroni and cheese for the 88 year old, only macaroni and cheese for the 8 year old, so my cuisine is limited.
