No dismantling of the tech already out there. Now there are supposed to be daily inspections of the facilities, and negotiations are to continue toward dismantling of the Iran nuke weapons research, but these are still mere words. The talks are now in place, but the enrichment of uranium remains in question. It's not a question for the US, for we stand against Iran's enrichment program, nor is it a question for the Iranians, for they insist there remains a right to enrichment.
