I generally do mine in two batches of air-popped, spiced with garlic and oregano, then mixed in with a variety of chips.
Sunday, I did one batch with the garlic and oregano, but the second I did with a healthy sprinkling of sugared cinnamon. I then mixed the two together, and it was pure heaven!
