I like chai tea. I like the bags, but moreso the instants. On a frosty Christmas morn, a warm cup of General Foods’s chai latta or the California spiced chai can’t be beat.

I also like Alpine spiced apple cider, another instant.
This morning, I had a bit of both: a packet of the cider, two spoons of chai latta, and two spoons of spiced chai — it’s a big cup.
