Passwords are like the lock on your front door, It keeps honest people out. Any crook trying to get into your stuff will find a way unless they get a lock out after a few attempts.

I hate passwords because I forget them and so I use the same one for damn near everything. When they start wanting caps, special characters and such it better be somewhere I really need to be or I will just opt out.

My usual password is good enough to keep any but the most determined out.
