The Roman Catholic Church, the Bible and science. March 8, 2014 12:24 am bowser

I watched a history of the Roman Catholic Church just now.  The narrator said that one thing about science books is that they will be out of date in 10 years and one thing about the Bible is that it is eternal.  Therefore the Bible is not a science book.

At a conference in 2000 a Vatican priest was asked if he’d baptize an alien.  He replied, “Only if he asked.  And you have to be careful about these things.  Water might be poison to them.”
