If you have Firefox, you're set. You don't really need to make IE work, but if you want to try, first place to start is verifying the version of IE. Not the same as the date of creation of the link to it, which was probably the day IT installed Windows 7. You'd pull down the gear icon and look at about. I currently show version 11.0.9600.17107. Given that IE has a number of serious recently-discovered security holes, your IT department needs to be installing a version with numbers roughly as high as mine. Significantly smaller, and you should close the browser and back away with your hands in plain sight. Not even a short vaca, en Ingles “cow”, diminished stature notwithstanding.

Properties detail lists the browser to be Internet Explorer.Ink, if that's a correct nomenclature. Date created is 6/2/2014. Still getting the certificate-error for HabitableZones .net & .com. Other than that, it loads up fine. Still with a pink URL field, but fine. Our main browser, though, is now FrontMotion FireFox.Ink, with date created listed as 5/19/2014, and logs into the Zone with no issues. Just an FYI.
