Understandable confusion.

It used to be that was the highest rating given in the US Navy and Marine Corps. If something was 4.0 it was the best possible.

I was in a gas station a few years ago when a woman came in to pay. When the cashier told her that she’d be getting 3 cents off per gallon, the woman went into what could only he described as religious hysterics. “Praise God!!” “”He told me to stop here!”

It occurred to me that this is why God has no time to deal with things like childhood leukemia, poverty and war…He’s too busy saving people 3 cents per gallon. (And, let’s face it, He actually *created* those other things. Childhood leukemia was a masterstroke of Godliness.)
