		<description>Several years ago, I read a piece that suggested these launches could happen only at a relative snail&#039;s pace, with perhaps 4 or 5 years between successive flights. I&#039;m still a little horrified at such a prospect, but if the system is dedicated to highly ambitious missions, such a schedule is maybe not so suprising. And of course we&#039;ll also have the commercial LEO launches as well.</description>
