Only counterintuitive on the surface. The reasoning is that kids are gonna drink, and when alcohol is illegal, they will find it in shady places like frat houses, in the shelter of sexual predators. Give &#039;em well-regulated commercial establishments with the same protections we give to &quot;grownups&quot;.

Rufies are nothing new. Remember &quot;spanish fly&quot;? Somebody resurrected an old Bill Cosby routine about that recently, and it sounds a whole lot different in a new context. &quot;Boys will be boys&quot; isn&#039;t necessarily something to be proud of.</description>
