		<description>There&#039;s very little hope if one thinks that a situation can be evaluated as well on a monitor from 8,000 (or so) miles away as well as it can be by someone present at the scene.

And since people die all the time it makes no difference if a drone kills them.

Hardly any hope for those folks.</description>
