I encountered a problem with my computer. HELP please. August 10, 2015 11:40 am johannes

Background first.

I have a Toshiba laptop that has been working very well, it had windows 8 when I purchased it some two years ago, I changed it to win.8.1 and everything was fine. Then I moved from one place to another and at the same time windows 10 came available so I downloaded that; everything was OK, but

because of the move I decided to change my e-mail address, and that is when the trouble stared.

First there were two accounts and both worked ok first, but after a while the second account stopped working, and the first account is hidden from view, I have to go trough several steps to get into it, although, it does work after I find it.

The real problem is that I ordered a ticket to an event and gave the new e-mail address to them, they sent an e-mail to the new address; saying that I need to print the ticket and bring it with me to the event,

The problem is that I can see THAT information but I can not print the ticket because everything on that panel is frozen, Clicking anywhere on that panel does nothing.

What could be the problem?

Thanks for any suggestions.
