I tried everything I could think of, and figure that the problem is either in the way win.,10 treats the information, or it could be some type of a problem in the location where the information originates. I could go back to win., 8.1 and see if that works. My wife has a Compac laptop with windows 7; she tried win., 10 and quickly changed back to win., 7, there were several irritating problems that could not be corrected immediately.
