They fly in on jets.. Its a sign of End Times. A population moves into an area, displacing the inhabitants, who flee to other areas, overwhelming other groups who migrate to still other places. Like breaking the rack in some cosmic game of billiards, balls scattering all over the place, colliding and caroming off the cushions.
