Obviously it didn't work.

This actually helps me to realize a very important thought process about people.

Thanks ER!

All I know is that NO ONE sees themselves as "defined, shallow, greedy or clueless". Its always the other guy.

And remember, the political Right, Left and Middle are not locations in space, they are directions on a spectrum. It makes no sense to say someone is Left or Right. It only makes sense to say A is to the Left or Right of B. And that means there is no Middle whatsoever.

I'm not trying to be deliberately obtuse. I'm just trying to communicate to you the concept of political relativity.

for me is that you categorize anyone that is even remotely to the right of the middle. Robert does this also. I find it hard at times to get my point across because you seem to have me already figured out by your own perception. But I fear you judge from your own thought mirror.

Truly, you perceive correctly that I am an *ape*. Not a *shark*. But then you try to lobotomize my thoughts from where you sit. You *might* consider me a slight rebel amongst my kind,*sharks*, but I don't see myself exactly that way. I don't fit in with common thoughts of the day, (a pop culture type version of what should and should not be truth) I really do hear my own drummer, and sit alone on my stump of beliefs. Therefore indeed, I am self reflective in my ideology.

What is at the solid core of who I am is my own ideology. Therefore, I am ideological. I believe we all have the ability to change the course of our own destiny, even if it is just a slight shift.

I feel that it is up to the individual to decide what is good, just and moral according to their own searching for answers. For themselves. Not someone else's search for what they think is good, right and just. That makes me a stubborn asshole individualist.

I have found, that in my vision quest that when you leave answers up to the individual the end result, through extensive self reflection and experiences, is, that we leave everyone to their own devices and allow them to evolve at their own rate. This is how we are not equal. We are all on a different page in the same book.

I am about the freedom to decide for ourselves the pace at which we read the book, this is my ideology.

Now, Congress? Politicians? Yes, they pervert. It is the nature of our beast. We will always have this.

MY ideology is that I will not be corrupted by their perversions, right, left or in between. I stand my ground.

I am not defined, and I will never be defined by shallow greediness from a few clueless humans.

I have evolved past that. I will slip and fall and crack my skull open and bleed on everyone near me from time to time, but I am always getting up and trying to do better for myself and for those I touch.

I think playing war is sort of creepy. On the other hand, I think I would thoroughly enjoy attending a battlefield re-enactment. As I hope I have made clear before, my own war experience was very antiseptic and clean. Although I actually earned official combat pay, I was never in danger, never afraid, and never even uncomfortable.

I enjoyed war games when I was a kid, and I enjoy reading about military history, and even watching war movies--especially documentaries. But I can't help but feel guilty about it. Its a form of violence porn, and even if no one is really getting hurt, there is something vaguely uncomfortable and indecent about it and I'm ashamed to admit to my fascination with it.

I was present once at an accident where someone was severely injured. Its nothing at all like what you read in a book, or see in a movie. I never want to be present at such an event ever again.
