The VP selection is usually used to shore you up with demographics/states where you are weak. He may choose a woman to even more effectively counter the Hillary “gender” mantra.

Admit it- the republican party has been taken over by mindless rage… bigotry that a few years ago would be un-speakable, now is spouted loudly from your frontrunners. The proud rejection of basic scientific fact is required of the candidates for the GOP nomination.

In short, TB, the GOP has lost its goddamn mind and instead of trying to return to sanity, they are doubling down on crazy.

Your clown car contains exactly one clown, representing the core of the “System” in Washington. In the Republican car the people topping the polls right now are outsiders, people who think the System is a big part of our problems. All the Good Old Boy Republicans who would play ball with the System are hanging on by their fingernails, and the only other candidate on the Democrat side is as big an outsider in his own way as Ted Cruz.

Small wonder that Washington is hurling everything they’ve got at the conservatives, and breaking their backs to defend what may be the only Washington insider left in the election, and one who’s getting kicked around pretty good by the polls at that.
