(Like the NRA we would ignore the regulated militia part of the 2nd amendment) We could lobby to stop mosquito reduction programs... maybe use that footage of Obama swatting a mosquito to demonstrate that he is against mosquitos, THAT would get the entire GOP mobilized behind mosquito rights. Have cute nonsense slogans like "The only thing that will stop a bad guy with a mosquito is a GOOD guy with a mosquito" We could point to the malaria deaths in africa and smugly say "See, what they need is more mosquitos!"
