Have you been following the story about the wreck of the Spanish galleon with over a billion $ worth of gold, silver and emeralds aboard that was discovered off the coast of Columbia? It was sunk over 400 years ago by English pirates, and apparently a big legal fight is shaping up over who gets the loot.
I understand the Spanish government is one of the litigants, because it was a Spanish ship so they figure the plunder is Spanish property. The Dons probably stole it all from the Incas, I wonder if they’re lining up for a piece of the action. It is, after all, their gold.
