Flint's water is not a partisan issue. January 28, 2016 6:36 am ER

I can see that already, we are starting to cast the Flint water poisonings as a partisan issue. It is not. Although we have all made an effort to not point out that the government authorities here are Republican, already, the commentaries here are starting to sort out along party lines. Some of us are attacking the authorities, some of us are making excuses for them.

This could just have easily been a Democratic administration responsible for this crime. I’m sure Democratic politicians do stupid and criminal things too. In fact, there’s no doubt they do. Liberals should keep this in mind, the next outrage might be on us.

What is happening to us? Not just here on the Zone, but in our country.
