I think Bowser has a point, RL.

Trump is a diversion, someone to fire up the base and draw fire away from the real threat, Cruz.

Besides, now we see how even the GOP has chosen to go after Trump using every trick in the book, delegate flim-flam, Trumped-up assault charges, Convention intrigues, the wing-nut press, unexpected endorsements, learned tomes from the Party elders, and cosmologically significant amounts of money.

Don't be so enthusiastic by the embarrassment of Trump that you fail to see who is lurking behind the tapestry, poisoned dagger in hand, ready to strike. Maybe it wasn't planned this way from the start, but it certainly looks like that's how its unfolding now.

On another front, it looks like Clinton is getting into deeper and deeper doo-doo over her emails. This is not like the Bungled Benghazi Brouhaha--this is a legitimate issue, not a phony GOP witch hunt and hatchet job. Depending on the results of the investigations, it could go very bad for her, and even if it isn't a total disaster, it will certainly do her no good.

It is impossible to predict the future, but the most-likely outcome I think we should be preparing for in November is a
Sanders-Cruz--NOT a Clinton-Trump, contest. I'm glad the Democrats have a Plan B, but I'm not convinced he can take Cruz.

No... Trump is a bigot, and a disproportionate number of his supporters are blatant racists. It should be pointed out often and loudly... it isn't just another opinion, it is simply a fact... and it is not something that should be politely ignored.

Ignoring it is the most foolish thing we could do.
