Trump wants to have his cake and make sure no one else eats it too.

My point is that Trump cannot possibly tell us that his background isn't an issue in this election, and then continue to insist that Clinton's history is his personal playground.

Donald J. Trump plans to throw Bill Clinton’s infidelities in Hillary Clinton’s face on live television during the presidential debates this fall, questioning whether she enabled his behavior and sought to discredit the women involved.

Here

Can you not admit that Trump's approach to life is that of a child? (And not "childlike," but rather "childish.")

Or is it that you just don't care?
Did you even READ the entire article in which Brewer's account is just one of many? It doesn't really matter that she is ok with being treated like a bit of meat, the point is that he behaved in such a fashion- which she DOESN'T dispute.

The fact that he is a misogynist is not really in question- there are countless quotes from his own lips, and from his own writing that pretty much put any debate to rest.

So what is your issue here...?

We all understand that there is nothing Trump could say or do to shake your support... you have sold your intellect to the lowest bidder...We get it. But you cannot possibly be seriously trying to argue there is no issue here with his behavior.

Its just that as bad as his behavior is, you just don't care...

It was politics. Maybe I shouldn't have lumped you in with Moveon.

You held up an example of what a sleezebag Trump is. I called hypocrisy. I don't see how that's changing the subject.

How the Times twisted Rowanne Brewer's story to suit their agenda:

...do you deny that Trump's people said that his past wasn't important?

Or do you think that having declared that personal questions about his past are no longer fair game, he'll lay off Hillary's background?

Or are you just trying to change the subject?

But watch them continue to launch bitter personal attacks against Hillary. And his followers will down it like it's a big ol' glass of extra-sweet kool-aid.

Trump has very masterfully tapped directly into the motherlode of human ignorance, which as we all know is an inexhaustible resource.

Coupled with the fact that he can continue to spout any asinine or intolerant garbage he wants and won't lose any support, and we can perhaps better understand why many of the founding father's generation considered "democracy" a four-letter word.

Trump has the emotional maturity of a child.

If he makes it to the White House, I think we'd better be prepared to see absolutely breathtaking damage.

But that really isn't the issue. The real problem is that millions of people voted for him, and that many of those who opposed him are now looking for excuses to support him, queuing up to kiss his ass and covering for him. It is certainly possible (although not necessarily probable) he will be our next President.

The problem isn't the candidate. Its the electorate. The fact that there are as many people in this country that have either supported him, or are willing to support him in the absence of another Republican nominee, is terrifying. I can understand there are a lot of people, including Democrats, who don't like Hillary. But the fact that so many voters prefer Trump to any Republican or Democrat is even more terrifying.

For metaphorical purposes, to illuminate this discussion, I tried to come up with a Democrat or Liberal as unqualified and unsuitable for national office as Mr Trump. Someone I could then say was so bad I would rather vote for Mitt Romney or Jeb Bush or Lindsay Graham or Marco Rubio or some other moderate Republican instead. Well, I couldn't think of any. The most unsuitable Democrats I can conceive of, John Edwards and Anthony Weiner, are STILL superior to Trump.

There is only one little nugget of truth that keeps me from surrendering to total despair. For years now, Conservatives have been whining they can't establish their Conservative utopia because they can't get REAL Conservatives nominated to run for President. All they get is RINOs, squishes, moderates and Bushes. They have continually complained that the Conservative majority is constantly being short-changed and betrayed and ignored. Well, Mr Trump has demonstrated who that "Conservative Majority" will vote for when it gets its way. The Donald! Not Cruz, not Gingrich, not Paul, not Cantor or Ryan, not some Bible-banking redneck southerner or gun-toting Texas cowboy. They nominated Trump, a buiffoon most declared Conservatives can't stand--or at least couldn't stand him until he was nominated.

What I take away from this is that there is no "Conservative Majority". Just a bunch of knuckle-dragging, banjo-plucking, inbred trailer-trash bimbos and dildos who can't read without moving their lips.
