Its all about God, America, Liberty and the Constitution, but if you listen to them carefully the implied threat is clear. They don’t like like where God, America, Liberty and the Constitution has actually led them, so they’re trying to work up the balls to use their guns and make it go their way instead–by force.

They’ll never succeed, because deep down inside they are cowards. Take away their guns and they’re just scared, pointless little men. Wise up, Bubbas, this isn’t like wearing a bedsheet and burning a cross, lynching a teenager or blowing up a church in the middle of the night. Real revolutionaries know they either win or die, there is no middle way; they don’t get to hide behind a mask, and the other side gets to shoot back.

These are the people the Republican Party has been working up into a frenzy ever since the Nixon Administration’s Southern Strategy was conceived. This is the crowd Mr Trump is playing to.

Angle: I feel that the Second Amendment is the right to keep and bear arms for our citizenry. This not for someone who’s in the military. This not for law enforcement. This is for us. And in fact when you read that Constitution and the founding fathers, they intended this to stop tyranny. This is for us when our government becomes tyrannical…
Manders: If we needed it at any time in history, it might be right now.
Angle: Well it’s to defend ourselves. And you know, I’m hoping that we’re not getting to Second Amendment remedies. I hope the vote will be the cure for the Harry Reid problems.
