Cautionary note about HD 164595 August 31, 2016 8:45 am ER

According to this published source

http://www.openexoplanetcatalogue.com/planet/HD%20164595%20b/

this planet is well outside this star’s habitable zone. Also, my most up-to-date reference, the Brych Great Atlas of the Sky, shows this star as a binary, although I have been unable to find any confirmation of this in any of the professional publications I have access to, either in my library or the internet.

Perhaps the excitement over this report has been a bit premature.
