Health care is like education, or police protection, or the court system, or the ballot. The whole nation benefits, the whole nation should pay. A society where access to medicine, education, police protection, a fair trial, or the vote is restricted only to those who can afford it is not a free society. Trump and his friends are not dumb. They're just greedy.
