Good thing we blocked those terrorist refugees just in time! April 6, 2017 2:48 pm RL

ROB gets his wish

ROB gets his wish

THIS is what refugees are running from- Trump and his idiot minions are slamming the door in their faces…

As Tillerson said shortly before the gas attack, “I think the status and the longer-term status of President Assad will be decided by the Syrian people.”- so I guess it’s their fault… WHY dont the Syrian people just vote Assad out, already!?

THIS is what ‘Making America Great Again’ means to the GOP, apparently…

Lest we forget:

GOP nominee Donald Trump suggested Sunday night that Syrian dictator Bashar Assad and his patrons, Russia and Iran, are the only potential partners for the U.S. in Syria when it comes to fighting the self-styled Islamic State.

“I don’t like Assad at all, but Assad is killing ISIS, Russia is killing ISIS and Iran is killing ISIS,” Trump said.

Although President Barack Obama and other world leaders have been calling for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to step down, Trump said he deserves top marks.

“I think in terms of leadership, he’s getting an A and our president is not doing so well,” Trump said of al-Assad during an interview with Fox News in September.

Later that week, in an interview with ABC’s “This Week,” Trump tampered his praise for al-Assad but said the U.S. shouldn’t trust some of the groups rebelling against the regime.

“Assad’s a bad guy, but they’re all bad guys. We’re supporting rebels. You know they talk about the Syria Free Rebels. We’re supporting rebels. We don’t even know who they are,” Trump said.

  • Prior to WWII we didn't do much to take in Jewish refugees from Europe, either. by hank 2017-04-08 18:04:50
