It's a helluva call, deciding America's response to events in Syria. But Trump wanted the job and we gave it to him. Maybe he's finally starting to realize now why his predecessors didn't always do "the obvious thing" when faced with a sticky problem with many moving parts and no good options. His problem now is his troglodyte base is starting to mistake his new found-knowledge, experience and caution for cowardice and indecision, and he may feel compelled to do something really stupid to get their love back.
