Senate Stealth Care Plan Drops June 22, 2017 5:15 pm Robert

Making a mighty splash in the bowl and vindicating literally everyone on the face of the Earth (except no doubt, Donald “Who Knew?” Trump) who expected it would stink to high heaven.

Apparently, even Mitch McHardshell: McConnell’s Calculation May Be That He Still Wins by Losing (NYTimes, not obviously pay-walled). Basically, goes the thesis, Mitch has his eye on tax “reform” (making taxes more regressive), though I could’ve sworn that the $600 billion the stealth care bill was freeing up was supposed to go to a tax windfall for rarified tax brackets. Don’t worry, he’ll cut somewhere else.

Sick!
