The whole point of owning a business is to produce as much product or service with as little expenditure as possible. Productivity doesn't mean creating jobs, it means having as few as possible. And it doesn't mean raising salaries, but keeping them as low as possible. There's nothing wrong with that, that's what businesses are supposed to do. Its how I would run my business if I had one. But if you believe any businessman when he tells you that he wants to create more and higher-paying jobs you deserve everything you're going to get. Not if they can help it, anyway.
