It was beautiful. It woke me up from a sound sleep, and those ringing words echoed across the centuries with all the power and majesty those men put into them in 1776. Precise and elegant prose, sublime sentiments, men putting it all on the line for what they believed in; their "lives, fortunes, and their sacred honor".
