"Trump’s plan to work with Putin on cybersecurity makes no sense. Here’s why." July 9, 2017 12:55 pm Robert

Oh, oh, I know: fox, meet hen house.

Sorry, I had to laugh when I saw that headline from the Washington Post abstracted in the Google News summary. Duh…

But yet, you know you’re seeing real journalism when you read the article, which takes a serious stab at sober analysis of a drunken idea. They do it with a straight face, and you can hardly hear the teeth gritting. “However, even if Trump’s proposal is taken at face value, it doesn’t make much sense.” they say with blinding understatement.

Some type of fox-and-henhouse allusion is a pretty common reaction to Trump’s latest stupid idea. It’s pretty obvious this is a boneheaded scheme to somehow deflect further inquiries into Trump or his campaign’s prior (alleged) collusion with the slavic fox.

My god, think of it, American elections “protected” by a joint venture with the Russians. It makes my head spin!
